In 2018, I was placed onto a team with other interns to create a new propriety tool for the Engineering team at SendGrid.
Previously, the engineering team was managing bounce rules (code packages essential to the businesses daily operations) manually using the Terminal / Command Prompt). My team was tasked to research with Engineers to understand pain points a design a tool that would enable them to manage these bounce rules via a GUI.
